In order to comply with Government guidelines for indoor activities only 1 adult is permitted to attend with a child.
If you or your child are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have recently been in close contact with someone who has, or are awaiting a test please DO NOT attend classes. Please follow government guidelines regarding isolation.
In the circumstance of a class leader having to self isolate, local or national lockdown, or a venue closing due to circumstances surrounding Covid-19, we will endeavour to run classes either in an alternate venue or with a different class leader. If we are unable to run due to any of the stated causes your booked sessions will continue online for the duration of the Government guided lockdown/shut down. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund classes in these circumstances.
By booking you give us permission to pass on your details to the NHS Track and Trace Service as requested.
In line with government guidance adults should wear a facemask to attend the session. Children DO NOT require a face mask. If you have any reason for being unable to wear a face mask please contact us before booking.
In relation to clause 6 of the T&C’s - please note that good cause for a cancelled class by the parents is where a child is unable to attend a class due to medical inpatients or admission to hospital. For normal/routine appointments an alternative class will be arranged. Refunds or credits will be given at the discretion of the Franchisee.
